CA-F65 - Plastiform F65 Fluid for total impressions

F65 is a low-fluidity product designed for mechanical clearance controls of hard to access areas.

The final impression is semi-rigid (65 Shore A hardness) and inelastic. It poorly resists deformation when demolded, making it unsuitable for complex shapes. F65 impressions can withstand only up to 5% extraction stress.

This Plastiform is ideal for mechanical clearance controls or creating custom seals, plugs, or masking joints. It is particularly useful for protecting parts during surface treatments such

F65 can be cut with the Double Blade Cutter to obtain cross-sections for easier analysis. This feature is helpful when detailed study of the replica is needed.

Its impression can be checked using a contact measuring system for soft materials (constant pressure caliper, etc.).

We recommend, however, that you always use a visual inspection system to obtain accurate values.
