CA-P25 - Plastiform P25 Pasty for total impressions - non-flowing product

P25 is a product specially developed for making highly complex total impressions in areas requiring a non-flowing product.

It’s a pasty product, which means it doesn’t run, enabling it to be applied to vertical or overhanging surfaces.

The final impression is highly flexible (25 Shore A), able to deform on demolding and accept extraction stresses of up to 30%.

P25 is particularly recommended for creating full internal cavities in small-diameter through bores. It’s injected by compression, and its high elongation capacities enables it to be removed even from very complexe shapes.

It can also be used to create partial replicas on highly complex external shapes, such as T-slots, grooves or notches.

As with every plastiform, the impression is extremely precise, reproducing every detail (shape, dimension, appearance, surface finish, etc.) to micron (µm) accuracy.

This impression can be cut with the Double Blade Cutter to obtain a profile of the replica, considerably improving the ease of measurement.
